A new report has warned that the children's charity sector is bearing the brunt of public sector cuts.

The report, entitled Counting the cuts, by Children England, which represents voluntary sector groups, said four out of five organisations were experiencing cuts in their funding from local authorities, and almost half were facing reductions in their grants from central government.
