Over the coming weeks, decisions will be made that will have significant impact for local areas up and down the country. Local government reorganisation (LGR) creates a once in a lifetime opportunity to rethink how services can be governed, led and delivered to improve outcomes and focus on prevention.

As councils and council services are aggregated and disaggregated, leaders must decide what is the best model for the delivery of those services.
