Concern about the lateness in guidance for the new pension regulations and the tight timescale for their introduction next April were aired by delegates at a pensions seminar last week, organised by the CLG and the PPMA. The CLG says staffing shortages together with the need for widespread consultation, have contributed to delays, but a consultation document is expected before Christmas.
