Better knowledge and understanding across all those involved in local housing is required, according to the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
A new report has highlighted the role of local authorities, and the need for a whole market approach and engagement. Sarah Webb, chief executive of CIH, said: ‘The decisions taken now will impact on housing markets for generations to come.'
