Bradford City Council has appointed DTZ and Arup to advise on the development of a community infrastructure levy (CIL) for the local area.

‘Bradford is a large and diverse area and CIL offers the opportunity to assist the delivery of the council's regeneration and growth agenda if implemented smartly,' said Stephen Miles, from DTZ's development consulting team.
