CIPD appoints new deputy chief executive

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, has appointed a new deputy chief executive, Susannah Clements.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, the professional body for HR people, has appointed a new deputy chief executive, Susannah Clements.

She joins the CIPD with 29 years' experience in HR, change management and consulting, including time at Whitbread, Anglian Water, Care UK and PwC. She holds an MBA from the London Business School and a degree from Cambridge University, and joins the CIPD from her current role as group HR director at Carillion.
