Local government finance experts have an opportunity to boost their skills. A new partnership between the University of Northampton and CIPFA allows those with the CIPFA accountancy qualification to undertake a ‘top-up' MSc in Accounting and Finance at the university. The programme focuses on accounting challenges people in public finance currently face and how they relate to wider social, technical and economic environment.
