Aberdeen City Council will hold talks on whether to scrap an outsourcing deal which was expected to save the authority more than £4m a year.

Aberdeen City Council will hold talks today (15 March) on whether to scrap an outsourcing deal which was expected to save the authority more than £4m a year.

Councillors on the local authority's finance and resources committee will be asked to ‘terminate' an ongoing process to switch management of several city hall departments to the private sector – including finance, human resources, payroll, and legal services.
