City delays restructure plans Hull City Council has cancelled plans for a senior management shake-up, for the second time this month. The council's cabinet was due to discuss it last Tuesday (7 March) but it was removed from the agenda before the meeting got under way. A week ago, discussions on it were also delayed after concerns over costs.
