Westminster City Council has abandoned plans to move into the top six floors of the DCLG's HQ, after the figures failed to stack up for the move.
Last month, The MJ reported the council was considering the shift from its 19-storey tower block in Victoria Street to Eland House, in a bid to cut costs. The move would also clear the site for redevelopment.
