Jobs for low-skilled workers are gradually moving out of city-centres, a report by Centre for Cities suggests.

The first in a series of three studies, Moving on up, moving on out?: Overcoming the jobs – skills mismatch presents data showing on a national level that there are 2.6 million more people lacking qualifications than there are suitable jobs available.
