City Services Operational Manager - Infrastructure

Reporting to the Chief Officer City Services you will provide leadership and direction to all teams engaged in a broad range of Infrastructure Services. This is amajor role for someone with significant experience of management of an operational and design service with a breadth of experience for both planning services and improving performance. Particular experience in highway asset management, waste recycling treatment and disposal management, infrastructure coordination and development are essential, civil engineering schemes and renewable energy innovationwill be advantageous. In summary, you will have demonstrable ability to promote,manage and implement projects, whilst being innovative managing direct operations to complete service delivery objectives. Youwill need to possess the leadership, partnership and management skills to make a major contribution toCardiff's success as a European Capital City.
