Contractor Civica has signed new deals with four social housing organisations, worth a total of £1m. The consulting, software and services provider has signed separate agreements with the A2 Dominion Housing Group, Three Rivers Housing Association, Meres & Mosses Housing Association and building services firm, Jackson Lloyd. All four organisations have chosen Civica to update back and front-office systems. The groups will receive specific software and consultancy solutions based on Civica's key products. ‘Expectations for modern housing services keep growing,' said Civica's managing director, housing and asset management, John Hood. ‘We deliberately offer solutions to housing associations and maintenance providers that complement existing IT systems while aligning the customer's business processes and resources. ‘It's impossible to apply a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Our flexible approach is clearly welcomed by the market.'
