Former communities secretary Greg Clark has rejected calls to give London boroughs more powers in the capital’s mayoral system.

Former communities secretary Greg Clark has dismissed calls to give London boroughs more powers in the capital's mayoral system.

Instead, he called for London-style powers to be given to all mayors.
