National and local politicians, businesses, developers and planners from the South East are joining forces this week to discuss ways to tackle climate change. The Low-carbon South East conference has been organised by the Environment Centre. Speakers include innovation secretary, John Denham, and chair of the Environment Agency, Sir John Harman.
