English seaside towns can now apply for a share of the £27.8m available in the second year of the Coastal Communities funding scheme, ministers have announced.
This year's cash pot is 18% larger than last year's inaugural, which funded 26 projects across England – supporting 250 new business start-ups and creating or protecting 5,000 new jobs.
