Coffee chain brews up a training boost

The coffee shop chain Starbucks has announced it will start offering its staff NVQs from next summer.

Darcy Willson-Rymer, managing director of Starbucks UK and Ireland, said the firm was bringing all its training in-house and would provide qualifications in customer service and food hygiene.
