The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales has recommended cutting the number of councillors in Anglesey by one-quarter.

The Local Government Boundary Commission for Wales has recommended cutting the number of councillors in Anglesey by one-quarter.

The commission's draft report for the future governance of the troubled authority was published on Monday, and recommended reducing member numbers from 40 to 30, and creating 11 new, multi-member electoral divisions.
