Redcar and Cleveland Council has appointed Willmott Dixon to deliver a £31m leisure, business-support and community facility in the heart of Redcar.
The project includes a 25-metre swimming pool and a dance and sports hall, and will support business growth in the area – with 45 business units forming a key part of the scheme. Council leader, Cllr George Dunning, said the contractor had a ‘sound track record of creating facilities that meet the needs of the community'.
