Two exciting permanent opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic and motivated individuals in Breckland & South Holland. Come and join us and be part of a ground breaking shared management team which embraces new ways of working between two District Authorities.

The roles will provide strategic leadership to their teams across both Breckland and South Holland councils, delivering a wide range of services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and expertise through exposure to a range of challenges and opportunities in different organisational contexts. The post holders will play a fundamental part in setting the agenda for the service at both Councils.

The roles are strategic in nature and the successful candidates will need to be flexible to adopt different leadership and management styles, respecting the corporate objectives, values and individual cultures of the two organisations.
