The Standards Board for England has thrown out a complaint about a South Cambridgeshire district councillor accused of revealing confidential information. A board spokesman said ~Mike Mason~ had been referred to its members in February but a decision was taken last month not to proceed. He would not confirm the allegation behind the complaint, but it is thought to have concerned Cllr Mason revealing the £903,000 cost of making four council directors redundant, earlier this year.
