Adjudication Panel for England president, ~David Laverick~ has called for the same disciplinary standards to be applied to all public servants. Mr Laverick, delivering the annual lecture to the Guild of Scriveners in York, said the Committee on Standards in Public Life should bring consistency to the various codes for those in public life.
