North Somerset Council has started its £2m contract with Glendale Grounds Management to deliver grounds maintenance, street and beach cleaning.

'Through this contract, we have managed to retain our core operation at existing levels and will be more efficient in dealing with other tasks,' said head of streets and open spaces, Mark MacGregor.
