The Plus Dane Group looks set to be awarded a £100m contract to manage housing stock for Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The five-year deal is subject to approval by the local authority's executive but, if successful, the housing association will be responsible for 5,800 council homes in Ellesmere Port and Neston, from July onwards.
