Corby BC has cut the costs of its agency staff by recruiting and developing more specialist staff. Last year, the council cut its agency costs compared with the previous year. Council chief executive, Chris Mallender, said: ‘Corby BC will continue to strive to directly employ its own well-trained, highly-motivated employees to consistently provide the best services to the people of Corby.'
