Corporate Directors- Bridgend County Council

Corporate Directors- Bridgend County Council

We're committed to working together to improve lives in Bridgend County. Our unashamedly ambitious change programme will make a lasting impression on the careers of those who lead it and ensure this authority continues to be a driver and shaper of partnerships, as well as a strong and effective voice for our communities.

We're seeking three directors to provide clear, accountable and creative leadership for their professional area. They'll be passionate about delivering a range of quality and accessible services, and be prepared to challenge themselves and others to improve. They'll also be critical to the corporate management of the organisation as we lead it through a new phase of transformation and change.

In return, Bridgend County offers a strong community spirit embedded in dramatic and historic landscapes and an organisation that offers genuine professional challenge and opportunity. It's an exciting time to be here.
