Brent LBC was given an overall ‘good' rating after its recent joint area review, and did not receive a number of ‘inadequate' ratings, as incorrectly reported in The MJ last week. The council scored a three out of four rating in all but two areas, and the review concluded that those agencies working with children were performing well to protect youngsters at risk. The report should have identified Bristol as the council.
