The leader of councils in Scotland has warned they are between a 'rock and a hard place' over the Government's controversial new bedroom tax.

Cllr David O'Neill, president of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA), told a Scottish newspaper this week that local authorities might have no choice but to evict tenants because of the new tax.
