Customer satisfaction levels for council websites are down in all areas, according to the latest survey by IT chiefs.
The 2013 Better Connected survey by IT managers association Socitm reveals a small decrease in the number of councils getting a three or four-star rating, from 183 in 2012 to 177 in 2013.
