Gloucestershire CC looks set to transfer three more youth centres to local groups, after councillors gave the green light for development of the plan.

Councillors agreed last week to proceed with plans to transfer the Chequers Bridge, Lydney and the Wotton-under-Edge youth centres to community control, as part of its Big Community Offer programme. The local authority launched its offer earlier this summer and has now received business cases to transfer 23 youth centres and library buildings to community groups.
