East Sussex CC and Medway Council have agreed to share a head of communications as part of a shared service arrangement.
The agreement – the first of its kind between two upper-tier authorities – will see the councils develop proposals for a regional shared communication agency. The shared service will provide communications, marketing and engagement services to the two councils.
