Councils getting worse housing grades

Councils are receiving the vast majority of lower grades awarded to social landlords for housing services they provide to tenants.

Councils are receiving the vast majority of lower grades awarded to social landlords for housing services they provide to tenants.

According to the Regulator of Social Housing, all seven of the landlords currently with C4, the lowest consumer grade, are local authorities, while all but five of the 41 landlords with C3 are also councils.
