Three councils have joined forces to draw up plans for a major new development at Shoreham Harbour in West Sussex.
Adur DC, Brighton and Hove City Council and West Sussex CC have all worked on the plans with Shoreham Port Authority to create 2,000 new homes and 2,400 jobs. A public consultation on the proposals will take place later this year.
