Lincolnshire CC is putting more than £100m of support services – many of which are currently provided by the contractor Mouchel – out to tender.
The county issued a pre-tender document last week to deliver the services from April 2015, when the current contract with Mouchel comes to an end, although the firm will be able to bid again.
