West Sussex CC has teamed up with its district councils to ‘reclaim' the county. Reclaim West Sussex is the brand name for a 25-year recycling and waste-handling initiative which aims to increase recycling rates to 45% by 2015. The opening of a new bulk-transfer station and recycling site is the latest step in the improvement drive.
