Staffordshire CC is providing a three-weekly mobile library service to more outlying areas of neighbouring Stoke-on-Trent, after the two councils agreed to pool resources.
The travelling library stocks 4,000 constantly-changing items of fiction, non-fiction and talking books for adults and children.
