Hampshire CC has restated its commitment to keep open all 81 of its children's centres and maintain the full complement of around 120 family support workers.
The announcement to protect the frontline services followed a review of planned savings, under which around £3m will now be shaved from budgets by streamlining central management structures and back-office support functions
