AdviceUK has welcomed the High Court's ruling that Birmingham City Council's decision to cut funding for 13 charities was unlawful.
Mr Justice Blake ruled last month that the council's decision to cut more than £1m of funding to 13 charities was unlawful in a case brought by three local voluntary organisations.
