Aberdeenshire Council has denied attempting to cover up allegations of illegal waste dumping. The Aberdeenshire Environmental Forum claimed council officials removed several findings from an auditor's report of internal waste disposal before handing it over to councillors. But the council says councillors saw a final version of the report rather than a working version.
