CQC hands out third inadequate rating

Salford City Council is the third council to be rated inadequate for its adult social care services by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since assessments began.

Salford City Council is the third council to be rated inadequate for its adult social care services by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) since assessments began.

The council received the CQC's lowest score across all areas, including safeguarding, partnership working and management.
