Croydon LBC has become one of the first local authorities in the capital to set out its plans for the revised community infrastructure levy (CIL).
The plans follow the Government's announcement that Croydon will be a CIL frontrunner, and will see the council consulting on a varied levy, based on viability work and the assessment reduced rates will act as an incentive for developers.
