Seized mopeds in Southwark are being given a new lease of life, thanks to blacksmith Kevin Boys. As part of the London Clean Up campaign, the Safer Southwark Partnership has been showcasing a range of activities it has undertaken to tackle crime, graffiti and rubbish in the area. Among these is the creation of street furniture, such as a planter, from the remains of crushed mini mopeds, which have been dumped and seized from the streets.
