Looming cuts to council tax benefit from April are causing a surge in demand for revenues and benefits staff according to a survey of recruitment trends.
In its latest monthly analysis for January Badenoch and Clark finds a demand for council tax officers while the increase in shared services is also creating vacancies for IT and project management experts.
