Daventry DC has appointed executive director, Ian Vincent, as the council's new head of paid service. The council's rotating system, which has been in place since 2005, means that each of the four executive directors takes a turn in the post. ‘Daventry is at the start of an exciting time. It is an honour to be working with the people who will be making these changes happen,' said Mr Vincent.
