Forest of Dean DC has launched a new revenues and benefits partnership with Gloucester City Council and Civica.
The two local authorities currently work together in a number of areas, including welfare benefits advice, and Forest of Dean DC already uses Civica's IT systems to facilitate its revenues and benefits service.
