Legal firm, Trowers & Hamlins, has launched a dedicated team to advise central and local government on how to cope with budget cuts.

The three-lawyer team, headed by Mike Mousdake, is based in Manchester. The firm is already advising on Cheshire Waste PFI and Blackpool Council BSF.
