Deputy Director - Adult Social Care at Hillingdon

Adult Social Care in Hillingdon is meeting the challenges of austerity through embracing real transformation at an unprecedented scale and pace which is already delivering real improvements for our residents. This newly created post will provide the leadership and strategic capacity to deliver the challenging transformation agenda for adult social care in line with national and local priorities; with an annual budget of £83m.

You will be responsible for implementing a largescale and ambitious transformation programme for personalising support.

All service areas are affected by the need to deliver in a different way, involving whole service and pathway redesign, shifting the balance to support in the community and strengthening integrated approaches with health.
