I wanted to share some reflections on our Future County Finance Leaders Programme (FCFLP), which is now at the halfway point.
I firstly want to acknowledge Rob Powell, outgoing Society of County Treasurers (SCT) president, who was instrumental in establishing the programme. He leaves behind a legacy I'm excited to build on.
