Lead our programmes to improve services for people with multiple and complex needs, including poor mental health, who are in contact with the criminal justice system.

We are looking for an experienced senior manager to lead our work to improve local opportunities for people with multiple and complex needs who are in contact with the criminal justice system.You will identify opportunities to develop and deliver programmes that support local leaders and commissioners to improve service responses, securing funding for these programmes by building relationships with charitable trusts and delivering successful funding proposals. You will also help develop our expanding social enterprise consultancy offer to local areas.Involving people with direct experience of the revolving doors problem will be essential, as will ensuring our projects produce high quality evidence based on sound evaluation and research. You will lead and manage the development and partnerships team and, as part of the senior management team, share responsibility for the overall management and strategic development of the organisation.A skilled communicator, you will be able to develop strong partnerships with senior local and national decision makers and enjoy finding solutions to complex problems working with diverse stakeholders. We are a small, friendly and committed team who are seen as ‘punching above our weight'. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for achieving our vision of ending the revolving door of crisis and crime.
