Director named Andrew Blake~Herbert has been appointed as Slough Council's strategic director of finance and property. Mr Blake-Herbert started his career with Hertfordshire CC, as a trainee accountant, and will now take on responsibility for Slough's £160m revenue budget, together with corporate accountancy, internal audit, property, and valuation services.
